At the first agency-meeting presented by the Dr. Aichhorn Group from 15th to 18th of June, Hitzinger presented itself full of Power. More than 40 agents of the different countries including Japan, Russia and Saudi-Arabia came together for the latest news and developments within Hitzinger during seminars, workshops and excursions.
“The contact to our agents is very important to us, especially as Hitzinger is a worldwide acting company. With this meeting we wanted to stay in touch with our agents and to revive the relationships since the last meeting seven years ago”, said Werner Kordasch, CEO of Hitzinger. “Furthermore, two years ago Hitzinger was taken over by the Dr. Aichhorn Group. Since this time we have made some changes within the company which we wanted to communicate to our business partners.”
One highlight of the agency-meeting was the trip to Gmunden. The agents could discover the beauty of Austria, visiting Castle “Ort”, taking the cable car up the “Grünberg”, experiencing the summer toboggan run and sailing over the “Traunsee”. However the goal was not only having a good time but “Thanks to the excursion, seminars and workshops it was possible for a global exchange of ideas and views key to further enhance and develop our products to meet the demanding needs of our customers”, says Mr. Kordasch. “Only if we know our customer, we can improve ourselves.”
