Free of charge hireConditions for the “free of charge hire” of GPU’s
1. The client is allowed to use the GPU exclusively at the place and for the purpose originally intended. Passing onto third parties, for any reasons whatsoever, is not allowed.
2. The client is obliged to take care of maintenance and service of the entire unit at the client’s own cost. Any damage must immediately be notified to the owner, disregarding aforementioned obligations.
3. The client is liable for any damage or loss of the GPU during the hire period, regardless of who caused the damage (the client personally, auxilliary staff, foreign staff or third parties)
4. Hitzinger has a liability insurance of ATS 25.000.000,00.
