The basic thought behind the quality assurance is anchored in the fact, that every department is fully responsible for their own quality.

This means, that quality assurance must happen ant the place where an mistake can happen. Every Hitzinger employee is self responsible for his work!

The Dipl. Ing. Hitzinger GmbH. has set its major goal with the ISO 9001 in the continuous support and improvement of the quality consciousness of every employee.

Our quality assurance department is always trying to enlarge the quality-knowledge of every employee through actions as taking measures, information, training programs and so on. The same goes for teams, divisions and of course the management.
